Dr. Goldman is a licensed real estate broker in several states and has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation and the coveted Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing designation. He is a member of the National Association of Homebuilders and the Builders Association of the Hudson Valley. He is a sought- after instructor and speaker.
