Bill Webb, MIRM, is a past president of the Institute of Residential Marketing of the National Association of Home Builders and is a winner of its Excellence in Education Award for his lifetime contributions to the Institute. Bill is the author of two of the four core courses required for membership in the Institute, Understanding Housing Markets and Consumers and The Challenge of New Home Sales. William N.
